Vescio MultiSport Performance Services uses a structured
approach to help you achieve measurable results.
We begin with a thorough initial assessment that provides
essential background information including your training and
racing experience, dietary information, and short and long-term
racing goals. For triathletes, this initial process includes a
swim assessment by one of our experienced swimming coaches and a
cycling position and equipment assessment by Don Vescio.
Next, we use your sport-specific heart rate data to set your
heart rate training zones and begin to provide detailed
training plans to you based upon the information gathered during
the initial assessment. If you use a power meter in your
training, we incorporate that into your program. After you
complete the workouts, you send us your heart rate data and
other relevant workout information so that we can use those
details when we design your subsequent training plans.
Throughout this process, we are communicating weekly
regarding your training and racing.
